As a company we are on a journey to become the integrator of container logistics. In this role you have a unique opportunity to lead the integration of new business organisations and additional activities and modules into the the People Service Delivery Model, the People Partnering organization and the People Processes. You will project manage medium to high complex scope additions and changes to our Americas People Partnering Organization. You also ensure smooth transition of new or additional mergers and acquisitions into our People organisation. In this truly international role you will be working with the People Organization of both North America as well as Latin America. This role reports into the Head of People Partnering Americas and you will be part of the leadership team.
Requisitos
• Work experience in leading integration projects within the Americas region
• A strong project management background with a consistent ability to meet and adhere to deadline
• Excellent interpersonal and influence skills and a proven record in building solid relationships and stakeholder networks
• A strong internal belief that teamwork brings you further than individual success
• Initiative and drive to continuously reflect, learn and improve in your ways of working.
